A new creative chapter for Herrmans grips
With the Herrmans Atelier Series, we introduce a new way of thinking about bicycle grips. We have long focused on ergonomics, durability and value for money, and the Atelier Series expands this philosophy by adding creative expression and natural materials.
The Atelier Series invites riders to make grips part of their bike’s design. Each model offers a different visual character, from calm natural cork finishes to artistic patterns and textures. It allows riders to personalise their bike in a simple but distinctive way.
The Atelier grips are wrapped in natural cork, combining comfort with a warm, organic appearance. Cork offers several functional benefits, it has a pleasant and warm feel in the hand and is a naturally breathable surface. The grip texture is comfortable and does not become sticky with age.
The cork used in the Atelier Series comes from cork oak forests in Portugal. Cork is harvested without cutting down the tree, the bark is carefully removed by hand, allowing the tree to regenerate naturally. This makes cork one of the few natural materials that combines long tradition with renewable harvesting.
