The Customer Service and Support team is truly a core function at Herrmans. Our goal is to be the most valued partner for our customers, and our mission is to service our customers wholeheartedly. We have a strong focus on building and maintaining long-term customer partnerships, and our customer service is a natural key to achieve this sense of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
We value a technical or economical bachelor’s degree. Experience of similar tasks is an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided onsite. Language requirements: English and either Finnish or Swedish.
The job location is at Herrmans headquarters in Sandsund. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, from 20.5.2024 until 31.8.2025.
