We are looking for a Maintenance Manager
to our headquarter in Pedersöre to lead and develop our maintenance organization, and the maintenance of our factory’s production equipment including injection molding, extrusion, and automation. We are looking for someone who will take our maintenance function to the next level, to match our ambitious growth plans.
Your main tasks will be to lead the operational activities and develop the resource planning, efficiency, preventive maintenance, and maintenance equipment.
You will develop the department’s budgeting, KPIs and reporting. You will also be the supervisor of the maintenance team, manage our subcontracting network and the safety within your area of responsibility.
In cooperation with the production team, you ensure that the factory’s availability, production quantities, and the quality of the final products remain at the planned level. Our production facility consists of several production lines. Pressure equipment is used, so knowledge of these is an advantage.
Together with our partners, you maintain the technical functionality of our real estate.
When necessary, you participate in projects such as product life cycle management, new product development, and equipment/real estate investments.
To be successful in the job, you will need good cooperation and organizational skills, as well as the ability to independently develop the maintenance function.
The position requires several years of maintenance-related experience/studies, we also value experience in supervisor/management positions. You will need knowledge of Finnish or Swedish and English.
