We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland to strengthen our team

What kind of person are we looking for?
Your goal will be to increase Herrmans’ sales with existing accounts and manage accounts in chosen markets. Your task will be to find new leads and customers and establish relationships within the market network, to contribute to increased market presence. You also work to increase internal understanding of customers’ needs and contribute to our global brand building.
Your favorite tasks should include lead generation, networking, account management and account development. You are phenomenal at sales tactics, have good product and industry knowledge and network, you probably have a technical or commercial education.
- As a person you are a great communicator, systematic and action-oriented
- You are a team player and like to work in a team
- You have proven working experience in account development and sales (5 years or more)
- You have industry experience min 2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language. Dutch and/or French seen as advantage.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to details and ability to work under time pressure
Location: German Office / Home office in specified areas, or a combination. Readiness to travel frequently to HQ in Finland, customers, and German office.
