Herrmans Bike Components business has thrived for more than 60 years and is a highly valued OEM brand in the market. We have recently set a growth platform, strategy and great opportunities lies ahead of us. As a part of the strategy, we are looking for a CFO to join the ride!
Are you driven by working both with hands-on business controlling and the strategy process? Do you possess leadership and communication skills required for a modern CFO? Are you a person that has solid experience from Business controlling? You are expected to have a strong understanding of the business model and give advice and counsel as well as provide a voice of reason. Supporting strategy development and helping enable its execution. You also play a role in prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded.

As our CFO you will
- be a trusted business partner in the management and our operational teams
- provide financial analysis to support decision making
- analyze monthly results and prepare dashboards to the management and key stake holders
- be responsible for the company’s budgeting and forecasting process and ensure that targets and forecasts are robust and realistic
- identify key development areas for your role and the business
- participate/drive development projects
To succeed in this position, you should ideally have a MSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. We wish that you have good knowledge of Business controlling and Financial group reporting. You have superior excel skills and you communicate fluently in English, Swedish and Finnish, both verbally and written. We appreciate at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
On a more personal level you have a positive, open-minded and service-oriented attitude. You are proactive and you work in a structured way. Independent work is familiar to you but at the same time you are a team player.
